| | Worked out in the school because it was the first really cold day, snowy, the whole team worked out inside. 30 minutes, getting the speed up whenever I could. Felt really good on the faster portions.

Foot Locker Western Regional (3.107 Miles) 00:21:25, Place overall: 156 | | Had fun, didn't feel great, but I felt like I was able to push through. Definitely not my best race, I felt a little conservative on the Valley Loop, but I was dead by the end. Gave it a good run.
