Felt terrible about this race. My legs died, I felt like half way through I was struggling. I just couldn't hold on and it was a terrible time

Crappy, wind killed, felt tired. It stinks. I ran 12:19 in the two mile, and I still don't feel good about that but. I need more mileage I think still. We had 3 races this week so that killed my mileage, and made my body feel awful. Hopefully over spring break I can rack the mileage up a little
