Bike Cross train day. Wanted to do a lot more but peer pressure got the best of me. THE WORST BIKE RIDE OF MY LIFE. I was barely moving, I swear I was climbing a mountain on the Tour DE FRance.....my heart was going.... pathetic day I guess.

Dates 19, 20th are supposed to be moved back, so this is actually thursday's day. I think I just did 5, no cross training.... No I did the Fessder run, that's right. I went with fessder and Andreasen, weaved through every neighborhood in Syracuse, and they claimed it was 6.6, but I got through it in like 45 minutes, which we weren't going that fast. They did really kick it at the end, I was tired for some reason and just wasn't feeling that big of a kick.. I'm counting it as 6, with some shake out biking.

4 mile run, easy, worried about my foot and it hurt a little. Almost got Aubrie to do a snot rocket, so close haha. Did 2 mile ellipticalling after, and then just got made fun of by the guys on the team.. Maybe I'm turning into a woman haha, I dunno, I think they're jealous because I'm hanging out with the ladies on the team haha. Especially Cody, He's definitely ticked...........haha

Trying to get some trust in the body back, foot still hurt a little. Started with cody, hard wind in our faces. I was gonna turn back for 3, but then went 5. Did some bike cross training after, 20 minutes, super easy last 10 minutes, I'll generously count that as 1.5. Foot hurt going out, not coming back. Good run with Cody though, felt faster even though it really wasn't

4 mile run, felt good, sub 30 which is always alright for me. Finished in a like 7:15ish, I was tired though.. Did some cardio Insanity, which made me tired. I'll count that as 2

Did roughly 11.9 miles in 1:32 minutes, felt very slow and had some cramping issues on the way back. Had too many brief stops as a result of this cramping and overall tiredness, but I barely got through it. I did some 200 m strides after, and they felt good, with each one feeling/hurting similarly to a race.
