Trying to get some trust in the body back, foot still hurt a little. Started with cody, hard wind in our faces. I was gonna turn back for 3, but then went 5. Did some bike cross training after, 20 minutes, super easy last 10 minutes, I'll generously count that as 1.5. Foot hurt going out, not coming back. Good run with Cody though, felt faster even though it really wasn't
