7.5 on the legs. Felt pretty darn good, went out at sub 7's, slower coming back and died home but good initial fight. Little back pain. 5 minutes biking

Intervals. Did some solid 3 lap interval. Held 5 minute pace ish. On 6th interval I died last lap. Back gave out. Frustrated. Worked very hard on the elliptical for a good cross training effort after

Worst run of all time...haha terrible day, felt dead p, looked day. Stressed and little sleep. Trying to increase sleep time. 5 miles, about 38 minutes, then mile cross trained. Dead

Did weird interval team thing. Actually felt like a pretty solid workout. Not easy but not killer. Estimate we were doing 1200 ish. More sleep last night

Felt pretty good today. Ran naked(no watch) so I have no time. Up hill ish out slightly downhill back. Felt like I had good form. Also, teammates helped me work on form after practice yesterday. Big thanks to them
