Drove down to the Olympic Oval. Had a decent race, I went out at a 71, which felt not too bad, then I started to relax mentally and tighten up physically, so then I ran an 80, and then a rough third 83, and then I finished a little faster at a 77, put I was told I had tightened up. Had someone film me as I ran part of it, I look like a complete goofball trying to run.. but that's ok, I'm getting a little better and I'm doing my best to try to stay loose. Ran 2 miles after and I felt pretty good. A PR is a PR, especially when it is a 5 second PR.
