I was very tired today. The heavy ness from the legs from yesterday was still there, except even worse. Did the first 2 miles at 7 minute pace, but then had to slow down. Biked 5 min, ellipticalled 9 min. Was going to do an extra Mille, but shut it down early because I felt so bad. I can't wait until I can actually go out on a run instead of trying to endure a never ending workout. I honestly think the roads will help. Also, yesterday and today were Disneyland days. I have to walk 6 miles at the very very least, probably more and I think that is what is killing my legs. Today was the very last dl day.. |
