I felt great surprisingly. After a late night studying, I thought that I would feel very sluggish, and I did before the run. After the warm up we started out at what felt like an easy pace. I was running with Cody and my coach Rob, and they helped push me. We went 5.5 miles, and averaged about a 7 10 pace. What made me the most excited was that I felt good the entire run. I felt like it was easy to talk until probably the last mile. This is the best shape I have ever been in, and I hope to build on it... |
