Finished the 6 in about 43 highish. The legs felt very heavy again, but ran pretty decent. Very very late run.went straight from run into 5 minute mile pace. Ran at that pace for 2:30. Again, not incredibly hard, but look at that time, and then my 800 m pr, and it makes me think that the treadmill helped a lot. During track last year I started hitting 75-77s, but then got injured so it'll be interesting to see if I'm in that kind of shape... |
