Did intervals. We did this 4 lap, 3, 3 lap on the indoor track with 60 seconds recovery in between. That = roughly a total mile. I ran the first set of that in 5:03.5 and the second set in 5:28. My coach had me back off a little bit on the second one. I felt pretty good about the first one and the second one was still pretty good, but hopefully I can put it together in a race. For the first one I started out slow and then picked it up, which I may try in a race. After, felt a little beat up, had some aches and pains so I only ran 2.5, Then ellipticaled for 9:30ish for another mile then ran a .5 mile on the track. Still didn't feel great on the day.
