Did a 10 mile run up in Midway Utah. I honestly felt terrible and I don't know any of my mile splits, I just mapped out a 10 mile run before I left and did that. I got through it ok, I had too many stops to try to make sure I was in the right place and stuff. It was very downhill to start and then uphill into the wind coming back, and I had held back going down, but coming back felt really slow and hard. Didn't finish very hard, just made it through it.
