7.5 + 400 warm up before and strides after. Kept it pretty easy, didn't go very hard. Still, a very solid run and I can feel it in my legs. Hopefully I feel fresh for tomorrow. Feel like I've got tired legs, but hopefully I can overcome them. Did it in like 55:50 for the 7.5, and felt pretty good. Closed in a 7:20, so not too hard, and didn't have a huge influence on time.
