Felt pretty good today. Ran naked(no watch) so I have no time. Up hill ish out slightly downhill back. Felt like I had good form. Also, teammates helped me work on form after practice yesterday. Big thanks to them

Good, short set of intervals. Gave me some confidence because it didn't feel like I was going extremely fast to go 5 minute pace. 5 3 lap intervals

Felt incredibly crappy today haha. Ran 6 miles on the road, and another mile on the treadmill. Concerned about my foot a little. I just didn't feel like I was moving very fast, and I had absolutely no finish. I just wanted to make it back to the school..

5 easy miles on the road, Brayden Burrell had a run in with the cops haha. I again felt tired, and just out of it. I need more sleep. Just not too great

Drove down to the Olympic Oval. Had a decent race, I went out at a 71, which felt not too bad, then I started to relax mentally and tighten up physically, so then I ran an 80, and then a rough third 83, and then I finished a little faster at a 77, put I was told I had tightened up. Had someone film me as I ran part of it, I look like a complete goofball trying to run.. but that's ok, I'm getting a little better and I'm doing my best to try to stay loose. Ran 2 miles after and I felt pretty good. A PR is a PR, especially when it is a 5 second PR.

Very little mileage, but today I accomplished what I wanted to accomplish. I wanted to have a good race before simplot in order to increase my confidence. I wish I could have ran more today, but it was a good effort and I felt great. A PR of 7 seconds is always good, especially in the 800. I hope I can have a big mile PR at simplot. And then re-up the milage. Disappointing Mileage this week, but maybe it'll be good for the body because I've had very little sleep this week and have had some nagging aches and pains.

Can't remeber again, but it was short, and it was easy... pretty good day 6 miles, actually with my leader after going to sterling scholar interview. It wasn't fast, but my legs were tired. Did it as it got dark.

PR, but I went out with my first lap at a 32, then did a 37, then hung on at like 40s and died. I had a decent race though, I fought. After I layed on the ground for hours.

Final Simplot day, my foot really really hurt, so I just kinda shook the legs out on a nice run. Also opened my mission call today, Taiwan Taipei mission, I'm stinking pumped. Simplot was honestly super duper fun, loved it.

Bike Cross train day. Wanted to do a lot more but peer pressure got the best of me. THE WORST BIKE RIDE OF MY LIFE. I was barely moving, I swear I was climbing a mountain on the Tour DE FRance.....my heart was going.... pathetic day I guess.

Dates 19, 20th are supposed to be moved back, so this is actually thursday's day. I think I just did 5, no cross training.... No I did the Fessder run, that's right. I went with fessder and Andreasen, weaved through every neighborhood in Syracuse, and they claimed it was 6.6, but I got through it in like 45 minutes, which we weren't going that fast. They did really kick it at the end, I was tired for some reason and just wasn't feeling that big of a kick.. I'm counting it as 6, with some shake out biking.

4 mile run, easy, worried about my foot and it hurt a little. Almost got Aubrie to do a snot rocket, so close haha. Did 2 mile ellipticalling after, and then just got made fun of by the guys on the team.. Maybe I'm turning into a woman haha, I dunno, I think they're jealous because I'm hanging out with the ladies on the team haha. Especially Cody, He's definitely ticked...........haha

Trying to get some trust in the body back, foot still hurt a little. Started with cody, hard wind in our faces. I was gonna turn back for 3, but then went 5. Did some bike cross training after, 20 minutes, super easy last 10 minutes, I'll generously count that as 1.5. Foot hurt going out, not coming back. Good run with Cody though, felt faster even though it really wasn't

4 mile run, felt good, sub 30 which is always alright for me. Finished in a like 7:15ish, I was tired though.. Did some cardio Insanity, which made me tired. I'll count that as 2

Did roughly 11.9 miles in 1:32 minutes, felt very slow and had some cramping issues on the way back. Had too many brief stops as a result of this cramping and overall tiredness, but I barely got through it. I did some 200 m strides after, and they felt good, with each one feeling/hurting similarly to a race.

Went out fairly easy, Did a 2.5ish mile farlek. Was doing 2 minute intervals hard, 2 off. Felt good, went out in like 26:40, which is pretty good. Finished in like 55:30ish, with a really slow cool down, so more like 55 flat if I went hard on the finish. Pretty good, 52:30 is 7 minute pace, 60:00 is 8 minute pace, so pretty good I guess. Did the slow stuff slow. Good to see some people actually going on  a run..
